Job Position-Administrative Assistant & Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative and accounting/finance-related activities.Good understanding of basic accounting and financial management principles.Good knowledge of office administration and organizational procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.Competency of having accounting software (Peachtree, Quick book, etc) knowledge is advantageous.
Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to assigned duties.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience working in an NGO, association, development organization, or private-sector organization.
Experience in project administration and financial documentation.
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Good written and spoken English and Amharic.
