Job Position-Group Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
Master’s Degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
Professional Experience
8–12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, international trade, export/import, or related operations.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior managerial or leadership position.
Strong hands-on experience in international export and import operations is essential.
Proven experience managing sea freight, containerized exports, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation.
Experience with trade finance instruments such as LC, CAD, and TT is highly desirable.
Experience in coffee, agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, agribusiness, or commodity export is an advantage.
Experience dealing with Ethiopian Coffee & Tea Authority, Ethiopian Customs, banks, regulatory authorities, shipping lines, and international customers is highly desirable.
