Job Position-2 Digital Marketer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with strong practical digital marketing skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Practical experience creating social media content, particularly short-form video content.
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Canva and/or CapCut is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital advertising.
Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

Good command of English; Amharic is an advantage.

Job Position-3 SAP B1 Support Executive
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP B1 implementation or support.
Hands-on experience with SAP B1 in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
Strong understanding of SAP B1 functionalities and business workflows.
Experience with user management, authorization, and process integration.
Experience in ERP user training, report generation, and data validation.
Proficiency in SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and HANA-based reporting tools.
Ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and customized reports.
Understanding of SAP add-ons, APIs, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with data migration, backups, and system performance monitoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
