Job Position-1 Junior Electrician / Electrical Engineer I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:TVET Level III in Electrical/Electrical Installation, or
BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Required Experience :3 years relevant experience for TVET Level III candidates.
2 years relevant experience for BSc Electrical Engineering candidates.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults.
Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems and machinery.
Strong safety awareness.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Position-2 Production Section Head.
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc/MSc Degree in:
Chemical Engineering
Applied Chemistry
Mechanical Engineering
Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Required Experience:6 years of experience for MSc holders / 4 years for BSc holders in production, maintenance, or process operations within a manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader position.
Experience in soap, detergent, edible oil/fat processing, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Required Skills:Strong production planning and supervision skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a production team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, workplace safety, and quality requirements.
