Job Position-1 Senior, Resource Mobilization & Customer Service Office/Regional
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA/MBA/BA in Management/Banking/Marketing/Economics or other related field
At least 5/7 years relevant work experiences
Excellent knowledge of saving principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of VF MFI’s saving policies and strategies
Good knowledge of data analysis techniques
Ability to provide guidance and assistance
Analytical skill
Oral and written communication skill
Strong interpersonal skill
Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach
Very good communication (presentation) skills.
Job Position-2 Programmer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSC in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems or Information Technology and Software Engineering or related field.
.EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience as a programmer or software developer.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, ASP.NET).
Knowledge of mobile app development (e.g., Android, iOS).
OTHER SKILLS
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions;
Ability to apply technical standards, principles, theories and techniques;
