Job Position-Chief Finance & Administration Officer (CFAO)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Professional Experience:Minimum 8–12 years of progressive professional experience in finance, accounting, financial management, or corporate administration.
At least 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership or management position.
Demonstrated experience managing budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, audit, taxation, procurement, internal controls, and administration.
Experience working in a growing technology, service, investment, or multi-business organization is an advantage.
Experience working directly with CEOs, executive management, boards, investors, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders is highly desirable.
