Job Position-1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent is an advantage.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably including experience in import, pharmaceutical wholesale or trading businesses.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Ethiopian tax requirements.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
Experience in bank reconciliation, receivables, payables and inventory accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed based on:
Timeliness and accuracy of financial reports
Accuracy of accounting records
Timely bank and account reconciliations
Receivables collection monitoring
Payables management
Accuracy of inventory
Timely tax compliance
Cash-flow reporting and forecasting
Budgetary control
Audit readiness and quality of financial documentation
Job Position-2 Pharmaceutical Sales
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Marketing and Business Administration are advantages.
Previous experience of 3 years and above in pharmaceutical, equipment and medical supplies wholesales is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the Ethiopian pharmaceutical market and established customer relationships is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
Results-oriented, self-motivated and accountable.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability and willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
A valid driving license is an advantage.
