Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
Advanced negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.In-depth knowledge of microfinance regulations, legal documentation, and security perfection.
Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive portfolio targets.
