Job Position-Junior Operations Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Flight Dispatch, Aviation Management, or Ground Services Training.
Understanding of flight support, ground handling, and airport operations.
Experience in coordinating and executing flight operations is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Fresh graduates with zero years of experience are highly encouraged to apply.Flexibility to work in shifts is required due to the nature of aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operations at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, assisting passengers and supporting smooth flight operations.
Manage email communications and phone conversations with clients and vendors.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Understand company services thoroughly to accurately address customer requests.
Coordinate with operations and other departments to deliver exceptional service.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
Provide feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Work closely with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Remain calm and professional during demanding or stressful situations.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational targets and objectives.
