Job Position-Laboratory Technologist (Junior & Senior)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Laboratory Technology or related field.Valid professional license/registration.
1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience.Strong practical experience in phlebotomy, venipuncture, and specimen collection.
Hospital or medical laboratory experience is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of infection prevention, laboratory safety, and specimen handling.
Senior Laboratory TechnologistMSc Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Laboratory Technology or related field.Valid professional license/registration.
3–4 years of relevant laboratory experience.Strong clinical laboratory testing and quality management experience.
Demonstrated ability to supervise, guide, and support junior laboratory staff.
Hospital or medical laboratory experience is highly preferred.
Experience with laboratory equipment, quality control, and troubleshooting.
