Job Position-1 MARKETING COORDINATOR / OFFICER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of active experience in digital marketing, brand coordination, content creation, or advertising.
Experience within FinTech, Banking, Mobile Money, Telecom, Tech Startups, or Advertising Agencies is a strong advantage.
Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken).

Job Position-2 Legal Advisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university. (A Master of Laws / LL.M. in Commercial Law is highly advantageous.)
Licensure: Valid advocacy/legal practice license in Ethiopia.
Professional Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of post-qualification legal experience in a corporate setting, law firm, financial institution, or tech enterprise.
Industry Background: Direct experience in FinTech, Banking, Telecom, or Digital Payments is strongly preferred.
Language Skills: Native or full professional fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken), with strong legal drafting capabilities.

Job Position-3 Call Center Operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree or Diploma in Customer Service, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in call center operations, customer support, or frontline service.
Industry Background: Prior experience in FinTech, Banking, Telecom, Mobile Money, or E-Commerce call centers is a strong advantage.
Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Amharic and English. Proficiency in additional local Ethiopian languages (e.g., Afaan Oromo, Tigrinya) is a distinct advantage.
