Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA/BA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Business Management.
Experience:A minimum of 4 years of experience with an MA, or 6 years with a BA, as an HR Operations Officer or HR administration expert, preferably in an FMCG or high-volume industry.Skills:Payroll Processing and Administration.Strong Knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law.HRIS and Data Management.Attention to Detail and Accuracy.
