Job Position-Accounting Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MBA, Finance, or related field, with more than 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
Additional certification in accounting is advantageous
Experience in a multinational and logistics company is preferable
Key Competency:
Discipline to align with the onshore team’s working hours for critical deliverables
Exceptional written English and ability to document standard operating procedures (SOPs), provide clear email updates, and communicate complex issues over Teams.
Advanced Data & Spreadsheet Modeling: advanced excel proficiency and other data processing software for dynamic reporting.
Demonstrates openness to change and learning in new working culture and environment
Ability to consistently approach work with energy and a positive and constructive attitude.
Self-starter and ability to manage (perform) without supervision
Ability to remain calm and in control under pressure
Ability to meet short deadlines
