Job Position-1 Account Receivable Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (required)
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or general accounting
Experience working with ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally)
Prior experience in a similar industry preferred (not always required)
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Familiarity with invoicing, reconciliation, and aging report preparation
Understanding of credit control and collections procedures
Job Position-2 Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is preferred.
Proven experience in financial management, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Experience in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Career Level: Senior Level (5-8 years)
Job Position-3 Human Resource Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role
Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practicesProficiency in HR software/HRIS and MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentiality
