Job Position-1 Communication Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, CSR, Sustainability, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
6- 8years’ hands on professional experience of years’ experience and 5 years of experience in corporate communication management roles
Strong understanding corporate communication principles, practices, and strategies, with a focus on showcasing corporate image.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop corporate knowledge management repositories.
Demonstrated expertise in media relations, including experience with media outreach, press release development, and media monitoring
Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to effectively engage with government stakeholders
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving
Good knowledge of the company, its businesses and culture.
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Amharic and other local languages.
Knowledge of French language will be an advantage.

Job Position-2 Packaging Manager (Hawassa)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:The position requires a minimum of BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other closely related Engineering disciplines.
Minimum Work Experience:Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in packaging or production management within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, with proven leadership responsibility.
Demonstrated experience managing high-speed packaging operations, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical and Operational Competencies
Advanced knowledge of packaging technology, production processes, and electro-mechanical equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing packaging machinery.
Proficient in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
Knowledge of packaging materials, spare parts planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
Skilled in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), TPM, 5 Why, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and engineering documentation.
Strong understanding of quality systems, GMP, HACCP, CIP, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in project management, KPI monitoring, cost optimization, and data-driven performance improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD 365), and CMMS/ERP systems.
