Job Position-1 Senior Operator (Gubre)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:The position requires a minimum of Bachelor degree in Electricity/General Mechanic in Manufacturing Technology or Industrial Mechanics or Industrial Electricity or Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electricity or Electronic Engineering/Chemistry/chemical engineering/
3–5 years of experience for a Bachelor’s degree holder, in a manufacturing shop-floor environment within an FMCG setting.
Ability to manage well under pressure while staying true to the company values.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
Demonstrated team player
Reliable and punctual – must adhere to attendance and absenteeism policy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work while multitasking.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to receive regular feedback and act upon it accordingly.
Demonstrated drive for learning and teaching/sharing best practices with others.
Basic use of PC skills such as MS office, excel, word, and email

Job Position-2 Mechanic (Sebeta)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:The position requires a minimum of BSC degree Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or General Mechanics or Industrial/ Manufacturing Technology or related field of studies.
Minimum 3 years’ experience for bachelor’s degree holder.
Experience as Mechanic in FMCG factory or industrial setting.
Technical skill in mechanical hand tools use and interpretation of technical drawings.
Troubleshooting of mechanical equipment through diagnosis.
Teamwork and communication skill.
Good English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
Good understanding of safety procedures and standards.
Job Position-3 Welder (Sebeta)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:The position requires a minimum of TVET Level-2 or Level-3 and CoC certification in General Mechanics or Electro mechanics or Industrial Mechanics or Industrial Electricity or Manufacturing Technology
5 or 3 years’ experience as Welder in FMCG factory or industrial setting
Mastering mechanical and electrical technologies
Analytical skill
Excellent problem-solving skill
Works under pressure
