Job Position-1 Senior Marketing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Strategic Marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Analytics, or related disciplines are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in marketing management, strategic marketing, brand management, or a related senior marketing function.
Proven experience as Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Marketing Lead, or equivalent.
Experience in diversified business groups and/or technology-enabled business environments.
Strong experience in digital marketing and modern marketing ecosystems.
Proven experience managing teams, budgets, campaigns, agencies, and strategic partnerships.
Ability to connect marketing activities with measurable business and revenue outcomes.
Job Position-2 Business Development Agent
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Sales, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or client relationship management.
Experience in a diversified business group, technology company, service organization, or customer-focused business is an advantage.
Proven ability to generate leads and develop new customers.
Experience in field sales or direct customer engagement is preferred.

Required Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in General Management or senior executive management.
Significant experience as General Manager, Managing Director, Deputy General Manager, Business Director, or equivalent.
Experience managing a diversified business group, holding structure, or multiple business units.
Strong experience in technology, digital business, or technology-enabled organizations.
Experience in digital marketing and international business development.
Proven experience in business strategy, growth planning, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
Experience managing budgets, PCL, business performance, and organizational transformation.
Job Position-4 Senior Software Developer / Lead Software Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
Experience
Minimum 6 years of progressive professional experience in software development, software engineering, or technical leadership.
Demonstrated experience in a senior software-development or technical-leadership role.
Proven experience leading software-development projects and technical teams.
Experience in a diversified business group, conglomerate, multi-business organization, technology company, or technology-focused organization.
Experience with international content development, digital marketing platforms, or international digital-business ecosystems is highly desirable.
Job Position-5 Head of Media & Corporate Communications
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree in Corporate Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive professional experience in media, journalism, corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership position.
Proven experience managing relationships with mainstream media organizations.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing corporate communication strategies.
Experience in a diversified business group, corporate organization, technology company, or complex business environment is highly desirable.
Experience in crisis communication, reputation management, executive communication, and digital media is an advantage.
