Job Position-1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Five (5) years and above of relevant work experience, preferably in a healthcare facility, hospital, medical center, or other service-oriented organization.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial management.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting procedures.
Experience in preparing financial statements, budgets, reconciliations, and management reports.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Position-2 Marketing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a recognized university, a medical Doctor (MD) with relevant healthcare management, marketing, business-development, or healthcare-facility experience may also be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a healthcare facility, hospital, medical center, or healthcare-related organization.
Demonstrated experience in healthcare marketing, business development, patient outreach, or institutional partnership development is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare service delivery.
Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with medical professionals, management, patients, corporate clients, and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital marketing tools.
