Job Position-1 Sales Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Additional training or certification in sales, marketing, CRM, or leadership is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of sales management and customer relationship management.
Good understanding of the real estate sales environment is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, leadership, and team-management skills.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Ability to work with sales targets, KPIs, and performance-based compensation structures.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Required Experience:Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1 year in a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, Sales Coordinator, or similar supervisory role.
Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.
Experience in real estate, property sales, or construction is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in lead generation, customer follow-up, negotiation, closing, and collection follow-up.
Experience using CRM systems and preparing sales performance reports is an advantage.
Job Position-2 Sales Consultant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or related industry.
Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Knowledge of Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate is an added advantage
