Job Position-Senior HR Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management , Law or related field.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Proclamation and applicable employment regulations.
Understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel), and HR/ERP systems
Requirement Skill
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
ability to build strong working relationships
Desired Skill
Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Ability to manage many requests at once.
