Job Position-1 Legal Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university. A Master’s degree (LLM) is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial law environment. Experience with an Privet sector/investment company or multi-sector group is a plus.
Professional License: Must be a licensed attorney with a valid practicing certificate in Ethiopia.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ethiopian commercial law, contract law, corporate law, and labor law.
Skills: Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Integrity: High level of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Requirement Skill
knowledge of Ethiopia’s tax laws
Knowledge of Ethiopian laws and regulations
Labor Law & Employee Relations
In–depth knowledge of country substantive and procedural Laws
Familiarity with Ethiopian commercial law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks
Job Position-2 Hotel Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar managerial role (experience in a boutique or smaller hotel is a plus).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food manufacturing sector.
Certified/having training certificate in HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian food safety regulations and international standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and leadership capabilities.
Requirement Skill

Problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Job Position-4 Import Export Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (master’s preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in import/export management.
In-depth knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international shipping logistics.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant trade software and MS Office.
