Job Position-Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
8+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and public speaking abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM), CRM software, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the group’s comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, including market segmentation, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
Sales & Business Development: Lead a high-performing sales team to penetrate new markets, manage key corporate accounts, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Management: Direct integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to strengthen brand identity, manage media placement, and oversee the company’s CSR programs.
Public & Media Relations: Develop media relations plans, serve as a spokesperson, and create press releases to support campaign objectives.
Customer Experience: Champion customer satisfaction and retention by designing innovative strategies and acting as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
Performance & Team Management: Monitor performance metrics, prepare accurate forecasts, and lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
