Job Position-Construction Engineering Department Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MSC/BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management (COTM) and Related Field of study
WorkExperiences: – 8/12 years and above, from these at least 2/3 years in Department Manager positions.
Technical Competency
Track record in organization preferably in Construction industry
MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office and other Design Software
Strong leadership, budget forecasting, conflict resolution, and contract negotiation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes reporting and stakeholder engagement
Requirement Skill
Communication
Attention to detailAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
