Position 1 – Operation Officer

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Relevant experience in microfinance, digital lending, banking, sales operations, or performance management. Experience managing Loan Officers or field sales teams is an advantage

Position 2 – Senior Information Security Officer

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT audit, network security, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of information security principles, risk management, and cybersecurity practices.
Practical knowledge of network, endpoint, application, and data security.
Experience with security monitoring and incident response.
Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and security testing tools.
Good understanding of access management, authentication, encryption, backup, and disaster recovery.
Knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls is an advantage.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, ISO 27001 or equivalent are an advantage.
