Job Position -1 Marketing and Sales Division Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing management, Business Administration, Executive MBA, or a highly related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), food processing, or import-export sectors.
Skills: Proven leadership capability, exceptional negotiation skills, and advanced strategic planning abilities. Proficiency in sales tracking software and CRM tools is a plus.
Attributes: High business acumen, data-driven decision-making style, and excellent communication skills in both Amharic and English.

Job Position -2 Sales Person / Sales Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Administration, Food Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven work experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the food industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or bakery ingredients sector.
Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills. Competence in basic sales calculation and client relationship management.
Attributes: Result-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of professional integrity.
