Job Position -1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 + years of relevant work experience as a junior Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
Experience in the hotel and/or restaurant industry is required.
Experience in audit support, financial closing, and budget preparation.
Proficiency in Peachtree and ERP accounting systems.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo (Oromiffa) is required.

Job Position -2 ECONOMIST / RESEARCHER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in economic research, data analysis, or management consulting.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in statistical data analysis software (e.g., STATA, SPSS, R, or Python).
Excellent report-writing and communication skills in English and Amharic (knowledge of local languages spoken in Wollega is a strong advantage).
Strong project management and field coordination abilities.
