Job Position -Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management (other fields will not be considered).
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Good knowledge of marketing coordination, campaign planning, branding, and event management.
Working knowledge of social media management, content creation, and basic analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic (other languages are an advantage).
Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, takes initiative, and manages multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic design tools such as Canva are an advantage.Photography and graphics skills are Bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing activities for Daye Bensa Business and its various business units.
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns that support brand and sales goals.
Manage digital marketing: social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.), email and SMS campaigns, online advertising, and content calendars.
Carry out traditional marketing: print materials, billboards, radio and TV promotions, in-store branding, sponsorships, and events.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, printers, media houses, and other vendors to deliver materials on time and within budget.
Plan and organize promotions, product launches, tastings, and community or trade events.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, outlets, and marketing materials.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
Track and analyze campaign performance, and prepare regular reports with clear recommendations.
Manage the marketing activity budget and track expenses.
Work closely with the Export, sales, operations, and cafe/outlet teams to align marketing efforts.
Maintain customer engagement and respond to feedback on social media and other channels.
