Job Position -Human Resource Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, including 3 years in an HR management role within an international company.Good knowledge of different HR functions, particularly workforce planning, compensation, performance management, talent management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both local and expatriate employees.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to identify HR risks and effectively resolve workplace disputes.
Good skills in preparing official documents, reports, and proposals.
Knowledge of HR budget planning and management.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a demanding work environment.
