Job Position -Project Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree: Bachelor’s in fields such as public administration, business administration, international development, economics, political science, or social sciences or related field of study
Basic technical knowledge: practical experience in project coordination, administration or program implementation, preferably in Humanitarian aid and refugee settings Core competencies: proficiency in data collection, analysis and documentation and computer software
Desired
Postgraduate: a master’s degree in a specialized or related area (such as management, public health, or organizational development and related field of study.
Various Certification: professional training in various job-related disciplines such as project management and training in monitoring and evaluation.
B) ExperienceRequired
Project cycle management: Ability to manage all phases from planning to implementation, monitoring, and closing
MEAL: Skill in designing frameworks, tracking indicators, and analyzing data.
Budget and Financial tracking: Knowledge of financial rules, cost management, and tracking grant allocations.
Technical writing; Demonstrated ability to write clear project proposals and reports.
Desired
Software proficiency: Experience with specialized data collection, analysis and management tools.
Field experience: experience in multi-sectoral refugee responses and with local partners.
