Job Position -1 Marketing and Sales Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or a related field
3 – 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the freight forwarding and logistics or related business to
business service industry
An established network with in the import/export business community is an advantage
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Amharic; additional languages are an advantage
Self driven with strong orientation toward achieving targets

Job Position -2 Terms of Reference Engagement of Subcontractors for Branding and Website Development
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Part A covers the company’s core visual identity and its application to both digital and physical/office materials.
Deliverables:
3 – 5 initial logo concepts, refined into 1 final logo based on feedback
Final logo files in vector and raster formats (AI/EPS/SVG and PNG), including full color, single color and reversed (light/dark background) versions.
Brand color palette (primary and secondary colors with hex/CMYK/RGB codes)
Typography selection (primary and secondary fonts, with usage guidance)
Brand messaging: positioning statement, tagline and short company boilerplate description
Business card and letterhead templates
Design templates for office door and windows signage. (Including design files only, printing and installation)
Promotional products, SWAG, Corporate gifts & branded merchandise
production ready artwork: outlined vector files, imprint area templates color separations and embroidery digitalized files(.DST/ .EMB/ .PES) as needed
Product mock ups: Digital mock ups for apparel, head wear, drink ware, bags, office/tech items, giveaways (key chains, notebooks, etc)
