Job Position -1 SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or a closely related field.
4–5 years of directly relevant professional experience in accounting and finance.
Practical experience in financial reporting, general ledger, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and financial analysis.
Experience in a trading, import/export, manufacturing, or similar business environment is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian accounting and tax requirements.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is highly desirable.
Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-up skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional responsibility.

Job Position -2 EXPORT MANAGER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of directly related professional experience in export, international trade, commodity trading, or a related area.
Proven direct experience in export sales and international business development is mandatory (the candidate should have an established network of international buyers and demonstrated ability to secure export orders directly from overseas buyers).
Experience in representing and preparing the company for local and international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and other business events.
Expertise in digital marketing.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing international sales contracts.
Practical experience in agricultural commodity exports, particularly coffee, sesame, pulses, or oilseeds, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade documentation, logistics, customs, shipping, and international payment terms.
Experience working directly with international buyers and managing export transactions from sales contract through payment collection.
Strong commercial negotiation, communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.
Strong computer and reporting skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of directly related professional experience in import/export, international trade, logistics, or a related field.
Practical experience in export documentation and shipment coordination.
Experience in representing and preparing the company for local and international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and other business events.
Expertise in digital marketing.
Experience dealing with customs, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transit agents, and government authorities.
Experience in agricultural commodity exports such as coffee, sesame, pulses, oilseeds, or other export commodities is an advantage.
Good knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade documentation.
Strong organizational, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
Job Position -4 SALES AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Diploma holders: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Direct experience in motor vehicle sales and distribution is mandatory.
Strong understanding of sales management, distribution systems, and customer relationship management.
Experience in representing and preparing the company for local and international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and other business events.
Expertise in digital marketing.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve demanding sales targets.
