Job Position -1 COST ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience:Minimum 5 years of manufacturing cost management experience.
At least 2 years of team management experience.
Strong capability in system development, business analysis, and internal control improvement.
Familiarity with SAP FI/CO, standard cost accounting systems, and month-end closing processes.
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, PivotTables, and formulas.
Experience in an export-oriented manufacturing company will be highly advantageous.
Local Policy & Compliance
Proven experience in manufacturing cost accounting in Ethiopia.
Knowledge of local cost accounting practices, inventory valuation standards, and financial compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of factory cost management practices and related risks.
Language & Personal Qualities
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong data analysis, variance analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and logical thinking.

Job Position -2 SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales position.
Experience in mobile phones and mobile accessories sales is highly preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and meet customers as required.
