Job Position -Swimming Teachers / Instructors
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, colleagues and parents.
Be a patient, reliable and enthusiastic professional who inspires confidence, promotes participation and works collaboratively to support every learner’s progress
Experience in an international school and additional lifeguarding or competitive swimming qualifications would be an advantage.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Swimming Teaching & Learning
Recognised swimming instruction, aquatics or PE qualification, with valid instructor certification and proven experience teaching students across a range of ages and abilities.
Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching pedagogy, including progressive lesson planning, modelling, differentiation, adaptive teaching and assessment to develop swimming proficiency and monitor student progress.
Safeguarding, Health & Safety
Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safeguarding, student wellbeing and safe, effective pool supervision, with sound knowledge of water safety, risk management and emergency procedures.
Hold current First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain these qualifications.
