Job Position -MARKETING MANAGER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory position.
Experience in paint, manufacturing, construction materials, building materials, real estate, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand management, and market development.
Experience in developing dealer, distributor, or sales channel networks is an advantage.
Strong digital marketing and social media knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets and KPIs.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager who can strengthen Iron Shark Manufacturing PLC’s market presence, build strong customer and distribution networks, and contribute directly to business growth.
