Job Position -Senior Human Resources Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Experience:Minimum 6 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience at senior or supervisory level.
Good understanding of HR administration, employee relations, performance management, and general administrative duties.
Good understanding of applicable Ethiopian employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
Good understanding of administrative duties and logistics.
Professional experience with INGOs/NGOs and/or international organisations is an advantage.
Experience or interest in the humanitarian/development sector is preferred.
