Job Position-Sales Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 years of Experience in sales, preferably in dairy products or the FMCG industry.
Required Skills and Competencies
Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and work independently.
Good reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Encourage and support existing sales agents to improve their sales performance.
Identify and communicate with potential customers to develop new business opportunities.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Support sales activities and follow up on customer inquiries and business opportunities.
Identify new markets and opportunities to increase sales of dairy products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit regular sales activity and market development reports to management.
Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer needs and sales-related issues.
Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
