Job Position-Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Auditing, Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Public Administration and Development Management, Business Management & Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Trade & Investment Management, Cooperative Accounting & Auditing, Cooperative Business Management, or Public Administration & Business Management.
Work Experience: Not required.
GPA: 3.5 and above for male applicants, and 3.25 and above for female applicants.
Work Locations & Requirements:
Place of Registration: Adama District,Jimaa District and Hawassa District
District: Branches under Adama District
General Requirements & Notice
Age: Must be below 30 years (inclusive).
Graduation Year: Only graduates of 2026 shall apply.
Exit Exam: Pass
Terms of Employment: Permanent upon satisfactory completion of probation period.
Remuneration: As per the salary and benefit policy of the Bank.
