Job Position-1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 2 years as a senior accountant.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
Experience in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

Attention to detail
Proven experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
Chartered Accountant/CIA; risk management certifications
Job Position-2 Sales Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of sales experience, including some supervisory or team-lead experience.
Experience in automotive, EV, fleet, or technology sales is an advantage.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good knowledge of the Addis Ababa and Ethiopian car market.
Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good analytical skills and experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Good communication in English and Amharic.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Addis Ababa and regions.
Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
