Job Position-Senior Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a marketing role with increasing responsibility.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring junior team members or leading cross-functional projects is a major plus.
- Creative Flair: Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for visual design/branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with business goals.
- Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, and events).
- Content Leadership: Oversee the brand voice and ensure all copy, design, and messaging are consistent and high impact.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics; optimize spend based on data.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Product, HR) and manage relationships with external agencies/vendors.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
