Job Position-1 Finance & Admin Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA in Accounting or business management with 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the NGO context
Computer proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel and Financial Accounting software like Peachtree;
Good report writing and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Personal Competency:
Conscious of government and PADet policies,
Awareness of donors’ funding interests and their policies,
Commitment to PADet, and donors’ financial policies
Ability to withstand pressure,
Ability to make logical and timely decisions,
Adhere to the ethical standards the position requires
Job Position-2 Project Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MSC/BSC in public health, health sciences, social sciences, development studies, or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience HIV/AIDS prevention, community health, key population programming, public health, or project coordination
Proven experience in supervising a diverse team, managing resources, and coordinating a diverse set of activities across multiple geographic sites.
Experience working with vulnerable communities and coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of HIV prevention, testing and referral, linkage to care, and community-based service delivery.
Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work in challenging field settings and travel to assigned implementation areas when required.
Demonstrated experience in managing, conducting, and following up on training programs using participatory methods.
Experience in working closely with local non-governmental organizations and government counterparts is highly desirable.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data collection and reporting tools
Job Position-3 Quality Assurance Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:A bachelor’s degree in public health, Health Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, Health Information Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field.
A master’s degree in public health, Health Systems Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Additional training or certification in quality assurance, continuous quality improvement, health service quality management, data quality assessment, or related areas is an advantage.
At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, HIV/AIDS programming, public health service delivery, monitoring and evaluation, or health program management.
