Job Position -1 Junior Coffee Roaster
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or degree in Coffee Technology, Food Science, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
Coffee roasting training or certification is an advantage.
Knowledge of roasting profiles, temperature control, development time, and batch consistency.
Understanding of green coffee quality, roasting yield, and weight-loss calculations.
Basic knowledge of cupping, grinding, and specialty coffee preparation.
Ability to maintain accurate production and quality records.
Required Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in commercial coffee roasting or coffee production.

Job Position -2 Roastery Support Staff
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Minimum Grade 12 completion; TVET certificate or diploma in Food Processing, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of production hygiene, workplace safety, and material handling.
Ability to follow production instructions and SOPs.
Basic numerical skills for weighing, counting, and recording quantities.
Physically capable of handling coffee bags and production materials.
Disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Required Experience: 0–1 year in food production, coffee processing, packaging, or warehouse operations preferred. Fresh candidates may apply.
