Job Position-1 Sales Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or Related Field
Good command of English, both in writing and speaking, will be an advantage.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management,
Experience in Cement Business, Building Construction Companies

Job Position-2 Senior Sales Representative (Cement Sales)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Good command of English, both in writing and speaking, will be an advantage.
Experience:3 to 5 years of direct B2B sales experience in the cement industry
Experience in Cement Business, Building Construction Companies
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Direct Cement Sales:
Prospect, negotiate, and close high-volume cement sales with building contractors, precast manufacturers, commercial developers, and regional distributors.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly cement volume quotas (in bags and bulk tankers).
Account Management & Order Scheduling:
Manage relationships with top-tier buyers, tracking concrete casting schedules to anticipate reorders and prevent supply disruptions.
Work closely with the Sales Coordinator to plan truck dispatches, coordinate factory loading schedules, and ensure timely offloading at client yards.
Commercial Compliance & Credit Control:
Coordinate with commercial operations and finance to ensure payment clearances, bank guarantees, and documentation match company credit policies before releasing cement shipments.
Assist in obtaining signed and stamped delivery receipts to maintain a smooth billing cycle.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Monitor cement market prices, competitor factory quotas, distributor margins, and local supply shifts.
Submit structured daily sales reports, weekly pipeline reviews, and field visit logs to the Sales Coordinator on time.
