Job Position-1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in import, distribution, pharmaceutical, trading, FMCG, or manufacturing companies is strongly preferred.
Peachtree accounting software is required.
Strong practical knowledge of Ethiopian withholding tax, payroll tax, pension contributions, VAT and related statutory requirements.
Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel skills.
Demonstrated experience in AR, AP, bank reconciliation, petty cash, month-end close, and financial record management.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Good written and spoken English and Amharic communication skills.
Supervisory experience is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with import cost accounting, landed-cost calculations, customs documentation, and inventory accounting.
Familiarity with Ethiopian tax authority e-filing and electronic invoicing requirements.
Professional certifications are an added advantage.

Job Position-2 Driver
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Valid Ethiopian driving license i.e. valid Public Transport Category I / ህዝብ 1 (P1) or valid Truck I / ደረቅ 1 Driver’s Qualification Certification License.
Minimum 3 years of driving experience. Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, import, FMCG, courier, delivery, or staff-transport operations is preferred.
Good knowledge of Addis Ababa routes and surrounding areas.
Ability to complete delivery notes, receipts, vehicle logs, staff-transport records, and basic ERP entries.
Basic English and good Amharic communication skills.
Clean driving record, honesty, punctuality, professional conduct, and strong safety awareness.
Ability to work flexible hours and support urgent deliveries or staff-transport needs when required.
Preferred Skills
Experience transporting pharmaceutical products and familiarity with temperature sensitive product handling.
Experience handling documentation and collections.
Experience driving electric vehicles is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ERP/delivery-log systems
