Job Position-HR Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Management, Business Administration Human Resource, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in human resources or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, reports, and personnel documentation.
Support attendance, leave, payroll, and benefits administration.
Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance reviews, training, employee engagement, and development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Handle employee concerns professionally and support positive workplace relations.
Prepare regular HR reports and assist with HR projects as required
