Job Position-Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
. Work Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in healthcare, hospital, medical center, or other service-sector organizations is an advantage.
Practical experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, taxation, and general ledger management.
. Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and applicable financial reporting standards.
Knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and statutory financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reconciliation, and internal control systems.
Understanding of financial management processes in healthcare organizations is an advantage.
Requirement Skill
