Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree/MSc. in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field.Certifications in business management, sales, or finance are advantageous.Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team.Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitudeReady to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core ValuesAble to plan and manage finances, including a basic understanding of accounting.Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coachLeadership & team management, communication and marketing skillsStrong sales and business acumen.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Analytical thinking and strategic decision-making.Be proficient in Microsoft office applications.
Experience:4 years of experience in Banking, Microfinance, or Related services.
Proven track record in leadership, team management, and achieving business objectives.
Experience in customer service, sales, and financial planning.
