Job Position- Sales Officer (Batching plant)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably in construction materials, ready-mix concrete, or industrial products.
Knowledge of the ready-mix concrete business and construction industry is highly desirable.
Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.
Good understanding of customer relationship management and sales techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to conduct regular field visits are advantageous.
