Job Position-1 Finance And Administration Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: at least seven to ten years’ experience, showing an attention to detail, a dynamic personality and being self-sufficient and hands on.

Job Position-2 Senior Accounting & Reporting Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree and above in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience: More than 7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on management accounting ACCA or CPA is preferable.
Management Accounting: Good understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and financial analysis tools.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to local departments and the Italian Headquarters.
Industry Knowledge: preferable understanding of the garment industry and its specific accounting and financial requirements. Determination of the cost drivers in the garment production
