Job Position 1 – Junior Sales Representative

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success or a related role.
Extremely performance and number driven mindset
Understanding of direct sales methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The Direct Sales Associate at Dodai is responsible for the overall sales and promotion efforts of Dodai products, including but not limited to building good customer relations, prospecting leads, closing sales, and implementing strategies that will ensure a positive representation of the company and its products. As well as working with other departments in the organization to ensure the achievement of the company’s mission.

Job Position 2 – Junior Showroom Assistant

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in any field.
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or reception role (retail experience a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
Able to operate a cash register machine
Proficient in computer use (Word, Excel, Google applications).
A positive and professional demeanor with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
