Job Position 1 – IT Support Specialist

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often required for IT Personnel roles. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), can also be beneficial.
Candidates should possess strong technical skills in areas such as hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, system configuration, and data security. Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), networking technologies, and IT tools is essential.
High attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven working experience as IT Support Specialist/ IT Personnel.( IT systems and networks.)

Job Summary

The IT Support Specialist, also known as IT Personnel, is responsible for providing IT related technical support to organization. She/he install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking systems. Additionally, she/he assists employees with day-to-day technical issues, ensure data security, and conduct regular system upgrades and maintenance.

IT Support Specialist job description:

Technical Support: IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to employees within the organization. Assist individuals with resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure efficient workflow.
Installation and Maintenance: She/he installs and configure hardware components, software applications, and networking equipment. IT Specialist ensures that all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly to meet organizational needs.
Troubleshooting: IT Specialist troubleshoots technical issues that arise within the organization. She/he diagnoses problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
User Assistance: She/he provides guidance and support to employees on how to effectively use IT systems and software applications. IT Specialist offers training and resources to help employees make the most of technology tools.
Data Security: IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the security of data within the organization. She/he implements security measures, conduct regular audits, and respond to security incidents to protect sensitive information.
System Upgrades: IT Specialist oversees system upgrades and modifications to enhance performance and efficiency. She/he stays current with technological advancements and implement changes to support organizational goals.
Network Administration: She/he manages and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches. IT Specialist monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network resources.
Documentation: IT Specialist maintains detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. She/he creates manuals, guides, and records to ensure consistent operations and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Emergency Response: In case of IT emergencies or system failures, IT Specialist responds promptly to address issues and restore operations. She/he deploys contingency plans and work efficiently under pressure to minimize downtime.
Communication: IT Specialist support the organization’s PR Officer in uploading different communication materials on different media platform.
Websites: the IT Specialist administer and maintain organization websites along with the PR Officer.

Job Position 2 – Internal Auditor

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MBA or BS degree in Accounting Finance.
Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Sound independent judgment

Job Summary
The Internal Auditor ensures successful and timely completion of assigned audit engagements, from start to finish inclusion of preplanning and wrap up activities. Applies risk and control concepts to scenarios encountered and identifies any potential issues. Communicates identified issues with the Executive Management.

Internal Auditor job description:
Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
Obtain analyses and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
Ensure financial Documentation physical review
Ensure spot check for the financial documentation
Ensure Donor compliance
Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Job Position 3 – Technical, Referral And Linkage Coordinator

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA or Masters in Public Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related fields.
Experience:At least 5 years for BA and 2 years of Masters with relevant experience in the areas of health, HIV/AIDS Project management and technical support provision.
Progressive experience in technical oversight in HIV Care and Treatment related Projects and experience in coaching and mentorship of staff and community level actors.
Extensive understanding of HIV context and proven ability to think strategically and to utilize new knowledge to strengthen program quality.
Ability to coordinate and support community engagement facilitators and volunteers
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and support others in their work.
Basic computer skills
